Pickleball Guide to Yoga

I recently wrote "The Practical Guide to Yoga." Next up: the "Pickleball Guide to Yoga."

I've been developing a post-pickleball yoga routine to share with my fellow players. Here's what I've learned: pre-game, it's important to get the blood circulating and warm up with active movements like leg swings and full arm rotations. Post-game, that's when the hip openers and shoulder stretches come into play (pardon the pun).

So, just as I created a visual guide to yoga, I've created a visual guide that aligns each pose with how it can affect your game. I firmly believe yoga has helped my game and helps me move better on the court. And it's not just about upping your game, it's also about being able to play again the next day.
